BALSAMIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Second time making delicious! I’ve been trying to get “healthy ” veggies in my diet that are easy and taste good. This recipe surpassed my expectations.


BALSAMIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Serves: 8 Servings

Ingredients
2 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
1 red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. mustard seeds
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a large bowl, toss together brussels sprouts, red onion, olive oil, salt, pepper and mustard seeds. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly.
