I love the fact that it requires so few ingredients and can be made quickly. And the ingredients can be found in any store too. In hate recipes where they expect you to buy weird ingredients. This looks lovely and delicious! EASY DREAMY OREO CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE Easy Dreamy Oreo Chocolate Cream Pie - Can be ready in 5 minutes for those chocolate cream pie lovers! Hooray! Prep Time 5 mins Ingredients Chocolate OREO pie crust 1 5.9 oz box Chocolate instant pudding 1 1/2 cups milk of choice I used almond milk 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip (or 12 oz. if you want more whipped cream on top) 5-6 Oreos broken up into bits Instructions In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until combined, then fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Great week night recipe, easy prep and simple ingredients deliver a delicious and satisfying meal. I used 6oz chicken breasts for this recipe and they cooked up beautifully. I agree that the heavy cream for the sauce is a must! Leftovers are even more savory, will definitely make this again! SKILLET CHICKEN WITH CREAMY CILANTRO LIME SAUCE Yield: serves 4 Prep Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 40 minutes Ingredients: 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 cup chicken broth (I recommend reduced sodium) 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (I use closer to 1.5 Tbsp) 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 3 Tablespoons heavy cream2 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed optional: lime wedges and more cilantro for garnish, steamed asparagus for serving Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
